The History of ELM

Phil Pearce, Director, founded ELM in 2001. Over the years the Company has grown slowly and steadily, building up a solid client base and core members of staff. In June 2012, ELM were ready to move the whole operation from premises at home to industrial premises at Llay near Wrexham. Unit J has provided the Company with the perfect setting from which to manage the day to day running of the business, and a dedicated office space with room to expand! Following the move to Unit J, Phil appointed his first Office Manager who shares an ecological background.

Qualifications and Competence

All staff are trained and qualified appropriately for the type of work that they are required to carry out. ELM provide an ongoing programme of CPD (continuing professional development) for staff, as and when new skills are required or existing skills certificates need updating and renewing.
